just came back from there ... at first the guy dident want to serve me cause i wasnt shaved ! i wasnt even wearing the uniform ...

is this normal for a reserve ?

I've never had any uniform issues at Longue Pointe, but I thought it was a no-brainer to shave first. I know I was turned down at clothing stores in Ottawa because I was wearing jeans and not proper slacks, maybe this is coming to Montreal too.

Yes it is normal, you are subject to military rules when you are serving, when you are in uniform and when you are in a federal building (among others).
