Hey! I was wondering, what do they do during the medical exam exactly?

You are describing the physical fitness test.
The medical test will be similar to any annual type medical at your doctor's office. Height, weight, blood pressure, flexibility, are you parents alive and healthy, does it hurt here, etc.
Do not lie at your medical.
