NCM to OFFICER

I applied for Pilot but did not qualify because I did not score well on the CFAT. I did however qualify for 6 NCM positions. The one I like a lot is Army Communications and Information Specialist (ACISS). My only concern with ACISS is that its NCM and I want to go officer. So my recruiter gave me the option to write the test again in three months or take the ACISS position. I don't mind taking the NCM route for ACISS but I have a University Degree and leadership experience so why not go for Officer?

If I decide to take the NCM route as an ACISS starting from Pte can I apply for Officer positions notably Pilot, Int or Inf Officer? And if so when can I apply; during my Pte training or once I reach Cpl? Also with my Uni degree and of course tenacity/aptitude in the trade could I experience a faster promotion to CPL instead of 4 years?

Also If I reach CPL and want to go the Officer route and succeed would I simultaneously start at Lieutenant instead of 2LT?

Apparently you never had to lead your way through some fundamental research. All of your questions have been asked and answered here before. Utilize the "Search" function, read lots. What hasn't been directly answered on here in the past is probably best answered by the Recruiters.
