Neat...what are you supposed to kill with that?  The tech is really cool but the ability to place half a pound of HE close to where you are aiming a couple of kilometers away is underwhelming.  I'm sure a good 60mm mortar crew can do better.  And they don't have to keep a laser on the target.

Grow it to a kinetic weapon that can hit an individual in the face at two kilometers and that might be useful.
