Officer Question.

I am applying to university soon and I was wondering first of all how the whole 'army paying for university thing works'. I applied to reserves in May and have my swearing in this saturday. I need to know how long I should wait before applying for the officer training (if that is the right one for the University thing). Thanks for your help.
