Leadership in a Diversified Army LDA training is simply as described in earlier posts - a reminder of the responsibilities of leadership and how to treat soldiers like men, not little kids, and to give everyone a fair shake. Part of the training is a 20 minute animated video, which instead of using real life examples as the SHARP videos did, uses stylized "X"s and "O"s. At first, I thought for sure the CDS‘s daughter or cousin or niece had found herself a job in the video industry, but the thing turned out to be alright. I‘ve sat through worse. The video relates to people that it is tough being discriminated against because of gender, race, or whatever. The whole course is basically about common sense, when you get down to it.

I‘ll leave the gas passing to those more inclined to comment on it. The CDS letter I am not as familiar with so I‘ll let that one set too.
