Old DCDS instructions question -needed for VAC

Looking for DCDS 6/88

This is for a VAC appeal.  I believe this reference was used improperly in a summary investigation which the VAC is now using to deny VAC benefits.

“DCDS 6/88 para 10 states that time so spent shall not be considered authorized travel time”

Would anyone have access to it?

Most NDHQ Instructions DCDS were superceded by DAODs and or in your case most likely many revisions to the Temporary Duty, Leave Travel or Relocation Directives.

The most likely way to get a copy of an archived, superceded document would be through an Access to Information Request or by sending an email to the Corporate Secretariat Staff at: [email protected]
