I assume so, I'm a Prod but had a RC mom and Anglican father and married an RC as well. Going for the overall site seeing adventure, just worked out the timing was best over Easter as he would be finished with exams and prior to starting his summer job.

I had the opportunity to attend Christmas Eve Mass in St. Peter's Square, even though I was raised Baptist(about as far from RC as possible while still mainstream Christian), it was an experience I will remember for the rest of my days. I'm sure Rome during Easter is just as special.

Interesting timing that the movie Conclave just won a few awards from the Screen Actors Guild and is up for a bunch of others.
