PRes NCIOP to RegF Airforce Officer or NCM

Hi everyone,

I'm a Primary Reserve NCIOP with two years in. I have two semesters left in my degree and want to transfer to a hard Air Force RegF job, either as an officer or NCM. Do I need a minimum service time before I can apply for a VOT?
