Usual reminder: According to Canada's Charter of Rights and Freedoms, "Any person charged with an offence has the right .... to be presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law in a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal."

He's probably not the only one out there.
 
It'll be interesting to see what his particular axe to grind ends up being.
Yeah, this’ll be interesting to watch whenever anything trickles out publicly. It’s rare to see charges explicitly related to critical infrastructure. Usually the RCMP INSETs deal with stuff like terrorism, foreign interference/security of information act, etc. I’m curious to hear more on this. Good catch.

Given how much electricity is exported to the US from Quebec, I'd start there...though could just be a paranoid MH case or a resurrection of the FLQ... 🍿
