A friend of mine who doesn't see eye to eye with one of their supervisor, has just had a complaint made against them to the CO of their unit, based on a recent argument that came across as insubordination. My friend has not been asked about their side of the story yet, but the person handling the matter before it goes in front of the CO, that the penalty is not going to be something severe, just documentation
My question for the experts......what outcome can my friend expect here in terms of effect on their career, and does the individual at least get a chance to tell their side of the story? Point to note, there was no exchange of words, no punches were thrown
