Your salary is a daily rate. So it doesn't mater if you work one day a month or 30 days a month. It is still that same daily rate. What will change is the your take home pay, as taxes etc will change the more days in a month you work.
Its going to be different for every single person, because it depends on how many days a month you work, and what your unit's schedule is like. During the summer you can do the math yourself, multiply the daily rate by 30/31 if you're on Cl B.

2Lt's that are neither commissioned from the ranks or were not NCM's with prior service go by the "A" rates of pay. So if you're just joining the Primary Reserve (which I will assume you are) you will get paid $106.90/day to start. A full day is 6 hours of work or greater, half day is 5 hours 59 minutes or less. Doesn't matter what time of year it is, your daily pay rate doesn't change.
