I was just a kid then but I remember those cartoon books well, and there
was more than one. If I recall correctly the author‘s name was Romeo
something or other and his signature was done inside of a little tank
caricature. One of my favorites was the two troops in the jeep saying
"This is where we chased those dumb bears off the road yesterday" and
the bears are hiding in the woods with a Carl Gustav. If anyone knows
where copies of those books can be located, please pass it along.
