Reapplying question

I have searched the forums for my answer but all the information is dated and I would like up to date information.
I went for my interview stated i had declared bankruptcy and was told my file would be placed on hold because of my bankruptcy.
My question is: Do i have to wait until I am fully discharged or just until I have fulfilled my legal obligations and attended my two counciling sessions?

    You should have been advised by the recruiter that counseled you on when you will be able to continue onto the next phase of your application processing. Your application is currently in progress meaning that you need to maintain contact with the recruiting center processing your application as they possess your information and are able to provide you with the course of action that meets your set of circumstances.
