Recruiting Question hey

Hey I am totally new to this website and have a few questions in regards to the recruiting procedure. With having a diploma  in aircraft maintenance from centennial college I decided to go ahead and start a career with the Canadian Forces with either AVN tech or AVS.
In October 2014 I went in and did the  CFAT and matched for the trades I selected. Since then and until now I have made several phone calls to follow up but have only been told to wait. I've been checking all folders in my email (inbox, spam folder etc). Nothing has come up as of yet .I emailed to check the status of my application and as told
"You should have received an email on 21 Nov 14 with information about the next intake for your trade selections.There will not be another intake until 28 Feb 15. Until that time your file is currently on hold".


Unfortunately I never received an email on the 21st. So I called the recruiting centre to confirm whether my email on file was correct, which it was however they couldn't tell me if there was an email sent or not.  So I just wanted to get some input whether this is normal or not. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You
