Secularism in the Canadian Armed Forces?

How secular is the Canadian Armed Forces?

Are there still regular prayers, assumptions of the existence of God? I certainly don't mind working with religious people, but I hope I'm not looked down upon for being an atheist.

I DON'T want this to turn into a flame war, a simple answer would be of great help.
