G'day ....
Just facing a lil anxiety due to overwhelming recruits at the CF's recruiting offices. Trying to get a hold of anyone to answer my application questions is frustrating to say the least. Quite a hike to get in there personally too.
I would really like to know what the review board does and how long the usual process takes. My application has been processed to the point that a Capt. has told me I have an offer as Med tech/ recruit school bypass. But now someone is trying to figure out what job related skills I have.
This is the part that is taking a long time. Any of you do this for the CF? Any recruitors have any feedback?
It has been almost 5 months since finishing all my prerequisite testing. 2 months since being told I have offer...and still waiting.
If there is a recruitment drive on I thought a semiskilled soldier would see a much more expediated process then this, I appreciate the investigation but time wise it doesn't seem efficient for any new recruits to bother applying as semi skilled if going in green gets them in so much faster.
Sorry for the vent and thanks for future responses.
