Should I contact my file manager, or the appointment handlers?

Last time I had emailed my file manager about a medical and interview scheduled date the email was actually passed off to an appointments email, which in turn got a response saying don't contact us we will contact you etc. But it has been about 2 months or so since I last emailed, and I also have a different trade as my main trade so obviously I am looking to try and get a medical and interview date. But I am not sure on whom I should contact to get a file update and possibly get a date set for a medical and interview.
