Hey fellas, new to the board, I live in Toronto, I was wondering whether or not I could get a copy of the the physical fitness step test CD to practice with, Ive tried the test before and I was denied cause I was having trouble keeping with the beat, I wasnt tired or anything and I can do the 2.4km within 9minutes its just I had trouble with the step test. My new PT test is on apr 26th and ive been training hard, is there anyway I can get a copy of it?

Razic...

How old are you? There is a website that outlines the speed at which you will start at.. In my case, being 26 years old, I started at approx. 132 bpm.

The website is heya... http://www.psphalifax.ns.ca/FleetFitness/expres.asp#STEP%20TEST

To practice at that speed, I would recommend a little utility I found heya.. http://www.metronomeonline.com

You can punch in any speed in bpm (like a real metronome) and you can practice at that speed.

I would imagine that you wouldn‘t be allowed to borrow the CD..

Keep at it, and you can do it.
