So what makes you so sure I haven‘t seen the same things you have? You don‘t know ME, either.
FYI, a colon followed by a dash followed by an end parenthesis is commonly known as a "smiley face". It is a way internet users give visual cues to their emotions while posting in this case, it was to let you know that my comment wasn‘t entirely serious and not really intended to raise hackles or promote ire.
I take it your letter was written in a fit of pique, which would account for its incoherence. You say that if I‘m not clarifying my role in the "leadership strategy" then, and only then, I am in a position to advise you to take LDA training?
Deep breath, Dave, please, and once more from the top. And don‘t leave any little details out. You obviously think I have a lot to learn from you, and I‘m pretty sure I agree with you on that one. Tell us about these soldiers you‘re in contact with.
