I see most of the expensive burgers are made from Kobe Beef, which proves that fools and their money are easily seperated. I remember reading an article (can't remember by whom, all I remember it was by a foody), that basically said people who get burgers made from Kobe beef are morons, reason being, Kobe is supposedly the most tender and heavily marbled beef around, Kobe steak almost litterally melts in ones mouth (so I have heard). Grinding it all up completely ruins the whole point of Kobe, since the meat will no longer be tender, and all the fat wil get burned off that much quicker, leaving it dry and tastless.
