Trade training Question for Officer specific.

I have a hopefully simple question about switching trades and having ROTP.

I'm Logistics trained reg force training with commissioning
I hold a Bachelors in business Administration.

I would like to go back to school to do an Engineering degree for Construction Engineer trade in the military.

I'm currently not enrolled in the military other then the Sup reserves.

What are the chances of applying for ROTP program to do a Engineering degree so long as I sign on for the required 2/1 time commitment?
