I m trying to find a Keith kerstead. Last know posting was before he transferred into army from the navy. SS Koynee. I think I just misspelled it. This posting was in 1993 in Victoria BC. I understand that he is married. He grow up in Courtney BC. Was my best friend for years. I tried the navy but they say they ve don't know whom he was. Any advised on finding someone would be good. i think he was born 1968. went high school together. He was sea cadets and also I believe he joined the C Scot R , c company reseve army in 1985 or 86 for a short while. then went into the navy as a cook. I believe he was a corpal in 1993.
