3 Nov 07 (141-44) - The Chancellery of Honours has announced that the Government of Canada has approved the following awards from the Government of the United States of America for members of the Canadian Forces:

Meritorious Service Medal
- Captain Sébastien Drouin
- Captain Robert D. Myrah
- Captain Margaret J. Skomorowski
- Chief Warrant Officer Camille V. Tkacz

Air Medal (First Oak Leaf Cluster)
- Captain Kevin L. Ciesielski

- Air Medal
- Captain Kevin L. Ciesielski

Well done indeed.
In addition the 7th Annual US Army Sniper Competition just ended and the following teams finished out of 17 teams:

• 12th: Master Cpl. Chad Porter and Cpl. Mike Chiabai, 3rd Royal Canadian Regiment, Canada.
• 14th: Master Cpl. Matthew Boudreault and Pvt. Michael Mo, 3rd Royal Canadian Regiment, Canada

I am not sure if the PPCLI was allowed to field a team or else they may have taken first. ;D
