USMC Sniper Scopes

Just a quick note, in my paroozing of acquisition publications I came upon an article that stated the USMC was replacing sniper scopes, and other sniper team optics.  I would be guessing that these surplus sniper scopes will be sold at auction.  Interesting piece of history as they are excellent but difficult to find replacement parts, especially for a military that wants a contractor to have a large supply on hand.  I'll keep an eye out....
