TITLE: Canada Remembers the First World War Poster/Post card
OVERVIEW: The Production and Outreach Directorate,
Communications Division on behalf of Veterans Affairs Canada
(VAC), is requiring the printing of one (1) poster and one (1)
post card for the Canada Remembers the First World War
communications materials. The poster size is 23.5" x 11.5"
printed on 100lb Matte stock and the postcard size is 9.2" x
4.5" printed on coated card stock, 10 pt. The required ink is:
4 metallic ink + black + spot varnish.
SCHEDULE:
All printing jobs must be printed in a minimum of 10 working
days after receipt of approved proofs and delivered at all
destinations in less than 15 working days unless otherwise
specified by the Project Authority.
Quantities: 9,600 posters
430,000 postcards
DELIVERY:
Option 1: Ship entire product to St Joseph's Distribution Center
(Ottawa, ON);
Option 2. Ship entire product to VAC-HO (Charlottetown, PEI);
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
