As commentators brighter than me have said, since "The Great Negotiator" seems to have made a concession ("Ok, Vlad, sorry about offering those Tomahawks") after the call from Putin, mission accomplished for USSR 2.0, so who needs a meeting anymore?

Tiny spoiler alert: he says Putin may know a lot of dirt/secrets about Trump to help him figure out how to deal with him, but he specifically stopped short of using the word "blackmail".
