Reserve NCM to Reg Officer

Hey I’m Lucas completed my EMR and joining the PRes as a combat medic well going to school (SAIT) for my PCP and ACP I’m 19 and thinking down the road in about to complete a degree and commission as an officer in the reg force. Wondering how that process would look like going from PRes NCM to reg Officer

make sure your degree matches the trade you want to do in the reg force. A Bachelor of Arts will allow you to join most combat arms trades as an officer, but won't do much for you if your goal was engineering officer or nursing officer.
