No “he” doesn’t. However the USA does have an enormous naval base in San Diego. He couldn’t give a sh*t about the navy nor any democrat state or city. Biden made sure Trump didn’t get a chance to name a carrier. When (if) Trump gets a name on the Battleships (vapourware) then he might feel more inclined to appreciate the USN.
