I wouldn't be completely surprised if she wasn't replaced. I suspect he is convinced he is his own best spokesman, and if the Republicans do poorly in the midterms, direct contact with anybody outside of the base (rallies, etc.) may become rare.

I wish I’d copied the link, but I was reading something the other day by a stats/polling nerd where he’s basically throwing his hands in the air and saying that with this one, just about anything can happen as quality of representative population samples for most polling is dropping precipitously. Youths in particular are difficult for pollsters to reach.

My wife and I (63M, 62F) are Canadians who have lived in south Florida for 25 years. We'll be going home when my job ends next year.
For the last month I'd estimate 70% of ads on broadcast tv have been political. One after another after another. I suspect it will get worse as election day approaches.
And they are so negative. Not, these are my policies and positions, just the other guy is this, this and this. I've been away a long time and maybe things have changed but I don't recall Canadian political ads being that negative.
Just last night the wife commented about how much good could be done with all the money spent on the ads. But that will never happen of course.
