When I was serving an enthusiastic shooter advised me that there were different butt lengths on the FN C1: S, M & L. According to him changing the butt length on the rifle made all the difference when it came to recoil. Has anyone else heard of this?

With all due respect to many of the schemes that have been discussed on this thread reserve training depends on individual reservists volunteering to train. Give them challenging goals to aspire to and they will come out. Run them ragged with administration, that might be important to the CoC...

When I was working in the Ontario Public Service they had a policy that allowed for one week of paid leave of absence for military training.

I'm not against change, I just prefer, improvement.
