Jesse, Do you know what the requirements for LWOP are? If I wanted to use a month of leave plus lets say 2 months of LWOP to try and stay in the area for half the course?

Thank you. My unit wasn't willing to offer me OJE only due to the fact that a position in my trade no longer exists at my unit. Once I get to Borden, can I talk to them about getting me OJE at my unit for something unrelated. Such As, GD OR working in the QM?

Most likely not as every single day of reserve bmq is crucial as they dont have any time. They need to cram as much as they can in the small amount if time they have. Only thing you may get lucky enough to get whatever training is being done that weekend, done at your unit. Ive seen this happen...
