Has there been any official announcement about the 4th Princess Louise Dragoon Guards?

That is allowed now. They look like they got nice new ones. I'm worried I'm going to end up with something that was pulled off a Van Doo.

Can we just call it a Brigade, that's what it is, even if it doesn't have all of the supporting units the other Brigades have.

Well, a few people were confused when getting dressed today.

Well, I mean they are exactly the same as before. The people in 34 and 35 CBG don't even need to change theirs.

I assumed that that was a typo for the Reg Force Brigades. That being said, when they were originally formed in the First World War, that's what they were referred to as, 1st Canadian Infantry Brigade, etc.

I had to go check if these were real. Which is basically a daily occurrence now. So, I have not found a fake one.

I was more referring to them joining the reserves. I don't expect cadets to drop out of high school to join the regular force. Either way, we do need to have a larger capacity for training regardless.

The Supp Res are not current members of the CAF. The Canadian Rangers There could be some arguments to end the Cadet program at 16 to encourage more former cadets to join. Essitianlly create a natural transisition. For a lot of them this could mean they would be BMQ and trades qualified...

It dosen't have to be exactly that, it just needs to be different so it's not confused with chevrons, bars, and pips and crowns. It needs to work in all three services.

Here is an idea of what the rank structure could look like. Still needs a bit of work, it looks a touch too American. I designed the ranks and rank names myself and then put it through AI for the final presentation.

You may be right. I'm not sure about the cadets, but the relationship between the Reg Force and Reserves is definitely much better than when I joined many moons ago. It's also becoming a common thing that we will see former Reg Force coming to the Reserves instead of just releasing more often...
