How long has it been? You might be able to submit a webform requesting urgent processing for employment purposes.

I assume citizenship would be the faster route if you request for urgent processing?

I was told today that I am not eligible for Top Secret Clearance and offered to explore other options in the Army Reserve if I wish to proceed as an officer candidate.

I probably should do the same. I only send one email a month and that of itself might be a stretch

Aerospace Control Officer is a good pick I think. Their certificate is, as I heard, transferable to Nav Canada.

Apparently, according to my recruiter, the longer you stay in Canada the faster the process is going to take. Best of luck. I am in the process also and I stayed in the US for about five years prior.

Confirmation from the recruiter. I was told I need a Level 3 pre-screening for NavO.

Sorry to clarify, a Lvl 2 or 3 is what happens during the pre-screening depending on the trade. For folks who don't require a pre-screening this step is usually done after enrolment.
