Only correction I have is that the APSC (and all Allowances for some reason) are reversed in that Level 1 is max. So APSC Level 3 would be the lowest. Some of the Allowances have 10 levels, the lower the number, the higher the award. And a note that if you have EIA, you can't get APSC.

I don't think I understand your question. The medals will not be in the pocket, they will be outside displayed on my chest. They are held in place by the plastic piece which would be in my pocket, which saves me from poking holes in my blazer.

The clear, plastic thing goes in the pocket. The medals are displayed outside, like they would normally if you just pushed the pins through the jacket.

Is the appeal for assesssment or entitlement? If it is for entitlement, it is worth it for the treatment options, even if you won't be getting direct money for it. After a favourable hearing, the file is sent back to VAC to handle payments. Should be reasonably quick from there, but I don't know the exact time frames.
