Apparently they had a relationship with a defence manufacturer, so the charge could be in relation to something taken from an OEM

Pre-trial publication bans became mandated by legislation back in 2023 if I recall correctly, for so long as there’s the possibility of a jury trial.

I just of the opinion that a couple of disgruntled cpls and a CIC officer are that much of a threat to the nation.

Except there were no CIC officers involved. The guy was an ex-cadet and a former Civilian Instructor un a cadet unit.
