The War in Ukraine

Water is a continued problem for the russians, they need tens of millions of liters a day to properly supply even just the military but Cholera and Typhoid outbreaks are rampant in the russian army right now.

What do you know that we don't? Hmmmm? ;)

Primorsk is about the same distance from St. Petersburg as Ust-Luga, and Novorossiisk is only ~200km away from Crimea. If I were Ukraine I'd hit Primorsk good and hard and force more of their oil exports through the Black Sea.

To compensate for the reduced Ust-Luga capacity, “oil volumes will be diverted to Russia’s Primorsk and Novorossiisk ports,” according to the sources, who suggested this redirection “may help to limit export losses.”
