The War in Ukraine

Water is a continued problem for the russians, they need tens of millions of liters a day to properly supply even just the military but Cholera and Typhoid outbreaks are rampant in the russian army right now.

What do you know that we don't? Hmmmm? ;)

Primorsk is about the same distance from St. Petersburg as Ust-Luga, and Novorossiisk is only ~200km away from Crimea. If I were Ukraine I'd hit Primorsk good and hard and force more of their oil exports through the Black Sea.

To compensate for the reduced Ust-Luga capacity, “oil volumes will be diverted to Russia’s Primorsk and Novorossiisk ports,” according to the sources, who suggested this redirection “may help to limit export losses.”

maybe the opposite force the ships to take the longest route to market?

You know, I think I just figured out how to make use of the TAPVs, AND that useless passage a the rear beside the engine.

It looks like an ideal place to fold away one of those mortart mounts.

Open the door, unfold the baseplate and mortar assembly, fire, restow, close the door. Move.

Nobody is any the wiser. The vehicle looks like any other vehicle. The IRA couldn't do better.
Thats the only place my kit can fit lol. It gets pretty tight in a TAPV with a full crew with dismounts haha.

We'd be better off giving the TAPVs to the russians if we really want to hurt them.

Again, the Russian's ability to put up with and deal with things like lack of clean water, Cholera, Typhoid, shitty leadership, bad food, lack of medicine and medical facilities, lack of R&R, dealing with Convicts as Comrades, etc, etc, it amazes me that they've last 3yrs and are still making tactical gains.
If a defender has ten bullets you just need to throw 11 dudes at him.

North Korea's Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un is meeting families of the fallen, it appears.
Interestingly open & transparent, this.

He is simply pandering to them for motivation to send more and be happy about it for the great struggle.

Well, based on the pix from the Nork State Media info-machine, there's a lot of them to be .... motivated - I'm guessing some OSINT folk'll be going over the pix to see if there's any duplications ;) ....

Text of statement and speech in English from the PRK info-machine also attached for anyone interested.

Again, pretty high profile for a hidden kingdom - especially given that according to the speech text, a street will be built in the Taesong District of Pyongyang in honour of the families, with the remains of the fallen troops to be intered there and a "monument to immortal combat feats in memory of the great soldiers" to be built.
