2026 US-Denmark Tensions/End of NATO

For anyone calling it "noise"

Man, SCOTUS has the opportunity to do something absolutely hilarious on Tuesday.

This is just laughable and pathetic at this point. Like fine, go nuts. Raise taxes on Americans again as a tantrum over Greenland.

Europe should start taking out ad campaigns in the U.S., we know he loves those…

To quote the great Captain Jack Sparrow

"I love those moments. I like to wave at them as they pass by!"

His tweet reads like the ramblings of a madman in a bunker somewhere...

Western countries should accept suffering and really make it hurt for Americnad financially.

Stop buying American, find other markets, let all their cross border businesses tank.

Trump is a reflection of a lot of American people. Trump said it himself during his first election. "The US aren't the good guys"

Sell off US treasuries. On Monday. That would crash and crush the US economy, especially as other options for the global currency are being developed.... BRICS deepens shift from dollar, controls 50% of global gold

Maybe we should just be asking ourselves what we could do if we found ourselves in Ukraine's position and use that as a planning baseline.

Assume we have no friends.

The markets ‘should’ tank on Tuesday IF the US Supreme Court rules solidly against the tariffs and forces a refund of the money collected.

For those sitting on cash, Tuesday/Wednesday next week might be able to selectively invest and make some money out of this mess.

Lots of drones.

I don't think the American public will be as forgiving as the Russian public to the videos on Reddit combat.

Sweden and Britain also telling the U.S. to F off on this one.

Agreed with some pressure on U.S. treasuries- enough to apply send a message but keep most of the powder dry.

I’m not sure how much Euro-denominated commodities trading goes on. It may be worth looking at commodities trade currently denominated in dollars, and changing some of that to Euro.

My problem with this one is when does any given course of action become a casus belli in the mind of others. And it doesn't have to be a reason that will hold up in international court, only in the affronted country.

If we start selling the majority of our Potash, Uranium and Aluminum to China, that might just do it.
