Trump administration 2024-2028

Looking pretty spry , if this is not AI / Fake News?

Both times I’ve done actual CPR, their sternums cracked free of the ribs. I’m skeptical that if EMS were doing CPR he would look as good as he does. I don’t see any lines or tubes off him either. So something somewhere has been reported very incorrectly.

Nice touch with the subtle inclusion of the newspaper with recognizable photo.

He certainly looks to be in good enough shape for a quick visit from the governor, so this should be settled quickly.

Wonder if he was intubated from the pneumonia over the few weeks and since then he had extubation occur and is on the mend.
Most likely the full story, whatever it is, will come out.

Maybe. My understanding gleaned from the height of Covid is that intubation is highly invasive and traumatic, and often involves a lengthy recovery. He looks remarkably good for someone of his age if he was in that state.

I remain skeptical due to the long period of seeming silence in the face of grave and public concern, and the seeming incongruence between that and his medical state as now presented, in conjunction with the official narrative his office is presenting.

I’ll allow that they could absolutely have ‘cleaned him up’ quite a bit for a photo op.

Preliminary cause of death for Senator Graham

Sen. Lindsey Graham’s sudden passing was caused by a heart issue, according to a preliminary examination by the District of Columbia’s medical examiner.

The preliminary findings, released by Graham’s office, found that Graham’s death was caused by “aortic dissection due to arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease.” Aortic dissection is a life-threatening medical emergency where a tear occurs in the inner wall of the aorta, the body’s main artery.

Coincidently, I recently commented in another thread about aortic dissection.

My Mom was intubated during Covid for 11 days before the tubes were removed.
The first give away when that occurs is the voice - the voice is a whisper and gravelly.
If he spoke we might have a better sense of what occurred.

“The word ‘net’ does a lot of work in this. We are sharing after Canada is paid back,” Carney said in an interview with CTV Calgary’s Tara Nelson at the Calgary Stampede on Sunday when asked about the agreement.

“We get the revenues. Then the servicing of the costs of the bridge and paying the debt of the bridge, and then what’s left over, there’s a split of that for 15 years,” he said.

“There’s not going to be a lot of net to split,” the prime minister later added.

50% of profit? I feel like we just pulled a fast one on them, I doubt the bridge will turn a profit for atleast 10 years.
Seems like profit.

Just make sure there isn't any.

So Trump gets an optics win he can parade around domestically to help him with his political troubles, but there’s little tangible impact or cost to us. If this was basically giving Donnie a pat on the head I have no great issue with that.

I mean, the original deal was Canada took the money until it was paid off and then it splits to 50/50

Now its Canada takes all the money until it paid off, and whatever net there is is split with the USA, which, if we are sane, should be very very little.

Big win for Trump, I guess, but honestly, nothing has changed.

LG had this to say to the police who responded to J6,

You guys should have shot them all in the head. We gave you guys guns, and you should have used them. I don’t understand why that didn’t happen.

Any bets on what tonight's speech to the nation will be about? Lindsey Graham, the Strait of Hormuz, the need to own Greenland...

He’s gonna distract the country from his current round of blunders by whining some more about how he didn’t actually lose in 2020. A coterie of clapping seals will be standing to either side of him nodding grimly.

The strait of Hormuz will remain a mess before, during, and after the speech.

How much are we willing to bet it was Greenland they caught interfering?
