I would suggest strengthening your leg muscles. I had a similar issue, and it all went away once I started getting near a 1.5x body weight squat. If you need a book, Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe is the best resource.

I know this is a tough question to answer unless you're on the selection panel, but I'm asking to see if current EME O can give their perspective. Is EME O really competitive? I have it as my second choice, but would happily accept it and would consider it equal to my first choice (Eng O).

Was told on the 19th of June during my interview that there were 20 spots left for MARS this year. Hopefully someone here can clear this up...
