Thank you for the replies, Poppa. If the entry standards for PRes MP are changing - what do you think will happen to untrained PRes MPs without a police foundations diploma? Will they be grandfathered in or asked to change trades?

90% of Navy recruits in what percentage of fields? 90% of one trade may not be that many recruits. If your recruiters meant 90% of new recruits will be going west, you will have a number of disappointed people.

Would all op trades would be considered 'hard sea trades'?

I know this can vary from year-to-year, but how many months per year/weeks per month are ships typically deployed?

I wrote the CFAT today and qualified for all NCM trades and most officer trades. MP is what interests me most. I'll have to decide whether I want to go back to school or do a tour in Afghanistan. How long are most tours? I don't know much about this.

Can anybody follow up to this? Do certain CFAT scores qualify you for more trades? I'd like to become a regular force MP but don't have a police foundations diploma or a degree.
