    Heres one for a Recruiter

I'm out of my lane, but I'm sure thats probably more applicable if you were already serving within the CF.  One of the requirements to join is to free of any legal obligations.  I could be wrong, but that sounds like a legal obligation to me.

    A few recruitment questions

Welcome to the boards. Afghan Pres. Karzai threatens to "join the Taliban"

By no means am I an expert on this subject so I was just curious what would be the result of Karzai actually siding with the Taliban.  As far as I'm aware Afghanistan mostly just tribes with no real centralized government.  If Karzai bands with the Taliban, is that just him by his lonesome or...

No Discrimination Found in Complaint Regarding Recruitment Denial

I'm not speaking from personal experience so I could be totally wrong; but I'm assuming that if this guy can't follow the simple instructions of handing the necessary paperwork in, no soldier will want to be next to him on the battlefield where failure to adhere to instructions can cause...well...

    The Judge Superthread- Merged Topics

This is ridiculous.  Like Zipperhead said, Attempted murder is "Imprisonment for life, with a minimum term of 4 years where a firearm was used in the commission of the offence" and Aggravated Assault is "Imprisonment for a term not exceeding 14 years."  His sentence is a joke.  Canada should...
