What bugs me most here is wondering who is providing these kids with pot and why ... thats what makes me wonder about gangs along with the symbols and surlyness.

Both kinds do same kinds of damage and problems so no matter organized gang or a group of kids. Same dif. I guess. Some groups of kids are just surly eff you to grownups but not into the crime stuff. Just rude and obnoxious. Just scarey if they're into criminalish stuff around violence, drugs...

I can't understand people who could do something like this to an innocent kid. I'm glad they located Tori to be taken care of by people who love her now and lay her to rest properly and with love ... I'm so very sad for her (understatement) and for everyone having to let go of last faint hopes...
