And this is what infuriates a lot of people my age. Why should someone who is 20 something year old white male be forced out of a job position because someone who is less qualified for the position is either a minority or a female. It makes absolutely no sense.

As George said, good on the people who came in and started enforcing the rules. That goes to both the past conservative government and the current Liberal one. If you do not like the rules, work within the system to change them.

It's economics 101. The more you tax the people the slower your long run growth in per capita GDP will be. You will see an increase in the short run, but in the long run you are shooting yourself in the foot.
