Sorry about the lack of visits...  Our flight ended up getting swapped for a Dutch one, so my timings got all screwy.  I did go to xray a couple of times, but there were only 408 guys hanging around there, and an empty uav hangar.  =(  I'll be back in June at some point if anyone's still...

I'm a girl in Afghanistan right now, with a military hubby back home in Canada.  Being a girl here is weird.... We aren't that few and far between, but some of these guys are not just here for a few months at a time, it can be upwards of a year or 14 months.  So the girls get ridiculous...

ACS guys also get deployed to Afghanistan, amongst other places.  They do 6 month tours here, for the most part.  I've also had ACS guys be temporarily deployed with me from a couple days, to a couple weeks, to many months, do it all depends where you end up, and what's going on in the world at...

Digging up a necro thread, I know, I'm sorry, but I don't want to start a new thread for such a silly question. I'm currently in KAF, and have been cursing the brim on the arid floppy hat.  I've seen people with short brims, and reading through this thread, I know it's possible to cut them down...

I graduated almost 2 years ago now, and all I can tell you, because it changes literally from course to course, is that it's somewhere between 12 and 16 months.  Last I heard it was 14...  11 for the course & 3 for common core.
