If you are eventually selected for a job offer, someone from your recruiting centre will call you with the details. There is usually lots of notice. It would not be a bad idea to call and check on your application, given the time that has passed since your interview.

Both of those are available entry plans for that occupation. Your recruiting office can tell you which college(s) in your area have acceptable programs, and what the difference in pay and benefits will be compared to the unskilled plan.

It's an easy enough fix, if the person you're asking has correction privileges in HRMS. Most of us don't. Ask the clerk at the counter to send a work...
The reserves will not allow an acting rank, lacking a leadership qualification. E.g. One cannot be a Master Corporal without PLQ qualification. Lacking trade qualifications is allowed. So, a Master Corporal in the reserve with PLQ, could lack QL5.
