    You'll put the most into, and get the most out of things that you're interested in.  There may not be a lot out there that is directly related to your occupation choices, so try some things that you might enjoy or not necessarily have time for after you enrol.

    Merit means you'll be evaluated against all of the other people who are applying.  Leadership experience can be a plus.  Make sure you bring anything relevant up in the interview.

    I don't know if all the labels from the system are the same, or not.  The ones I had were printed by Avery and there was a form number on the package.  I was able to download a template from their website.

    A CT involves releasing from one component and enrolling in another on the very next day, so that there is no break in service. As for pay protection, there is no pay protection on transfer from the Res F to the Reg F. See sec 4.5 in this link...

    Normal progression to Cpl in the Reg F is 48 months.  COs may advance promote some of their top performers no earlier than 36 months, IAW CFAO 49-4, and within restrictions based on local or formation policies.
