Thanks milnews.ca I'm pretty sure its a m-47 Dragon (missing the black end piece) now that I've seen a picture of it. I got it when I was a kid. A family member showed up with it one day and said along the lines of "here, I think its a mortar tube now have fun".

I have what I think is a type of mortar tube. Its made out of what I think it is made out of some type of fiber glass. I've never heard of one made out of fiber glass. Does anyone here know what it really is? - mod edit to correct spelling in thread title -
