Help white top

Hello I was issued kit less than half month, and I was going through it to put away. I came across white nylon over pants and helmet cover, but no nylon over shirt and I was wondering if I am to have one

Yes, you should have:

1 x white rucksac cam
1 x helmet cam
1 ea x top and bottoms
1 x personal cam blanket

If you can't find it, then confirm with clothing stores as to if you were issued it, sometimes things are missed or not issued at the time of initial kit issue because they are out of stock.
